What is Spring Into Motion?

Spring Into Motion is all about finding joy in movement and discovering how small, consistent actions can make a big impact on our well-being.

Whether you're newly post-op, years into your bariatric journey, or just looking for ways to add movement into your day, this event is for you.

No fitness level required—all movement counts
No strict rules or tracking—move in ways that work for YOU
Community support & encouragement—we’re in this together!

How You Can Move:

  • Stretching at your desk
  • A short walk around the block
  • Chair yoga or seated exercises
  • Dancing in the kitchen while cooking dinner
  • Strength exercises while watching TV
  • Playing with your kids or grandkids
  • Any movement that feels right for YOU!

Keeping It Simple

Our goal for you in April is that you move more.

Thats it.

And if that sounds too easy, that could be an old mindset telling you something that will keep you stuck.
