👟 BariNation Community Spotlight

Movement is a one of BariNation's pillars of lifelong bariatric succuss and our resident fitness and movement expert Monique Coleman is showing us how fun and accessablke movmeent can be in any stage of the journey.

​

Each one-hour session offers the perfect blend of conversation and light exercise, making it ideal for every fitness level. We’ll start with 30 minutes of engaging discussion, followed by 30 minutes of light weights or bodyweight movement with modifications to meet you needs.

​

What to Expect:

  • A welcoming and supportive atmosphere: This isn’t about intense workouts; it’s about moving your body and connecting with others.
  • Simple, easy-to-follow movements: Whether you’re new to exercise or looking for a gentle way to stay active, our movements are designed to be accessible for everyone.
  • Monique will guide you through each exercise, focusing on proper form and making sure you feel comfortable.

​

For about $1 a day, you can tap into a fun and engaging community where you get to learn from experts in real time, connect deeply with peers, and tap into support when and where you need it.

​

This class is happening on Tuesday, September 9th at 5:30 pm PST / 8:30 pm EST.
