👟 BariNation Community Spotlight

This week, BariNation Expert (and bariatric patient) Dr. Shannon McMann hosted a fun and engauging class that broke down the science of obesity.

She taught members about leptin resistance, obesity phenotypes, obesity gene variants, and endocrine-disrupting chemicals, helping us understand how and why obesity is a disease, not a decision.

These kinds of live, learning opportunities happen each week in our Support Community and classes are often recorded so members can learn when and where it works best for them.

We value live connections; that's why all of our live community events are hosted as a Zoom meeting, not a webinar. Have a question? Raise your virtual hand and ask!

For about $1 a day, you can tap into a fun and engaging community where you get to learn from experts in real time, connect deeply with peers, and tap into support when and where you need it.
